Privacy Policy for Jabberblocky
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Jabberblocky is provided by Jabberwocky Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how Jabberblocky handles information when you use the app.
Summary
Jabberblocky stores gameplay information and preferences locally on your device. Jabberblocky may show non-personalized Google AdMob banner ads. Jabberblocky does not use accounts, cloud sync, or developer-operated analytics, crash reporting, or backend services.
Information We Collect
Jabberblocky does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, camera data, messages, payment information, or gameplay history for Jabberwocky Studios.
Information Stored on Your Device
Jabberblocky stores game data locally so the game can work as expected. This may include:
- saved game progress
- high scores
- game settings
- audio, visual, and vibration preferences
- tutorial or onboarding state
- optional debug settings or debug exports that you choose to create
On Android and iOS, local data is stored in the app's device storage. This local gameplay data is not sent to Jabberwocky Studios by the app.
Mobile Ads and Google AdMob
Jabberblocky shows non-personalized banner ads through Google AdMob. Ads appear only in the reserved banner area and never interrupt your game. Because the ads are non-personalized, they are not based on your interests or a profile of you.
To deliver these ads, limit how often the same ad repeats, and prevent fraud, Google AdMob uses your device's advertising identifier (where available), your IP address, and similar device and technical signals. Google AdMob also collects information about your interactions with the ads it shows (such as ad views and taps) and diagnostic information about the app and the ads SDK (such as crash logs and performance data), which Google uses to deliver, measure, and improve its ads. Your IP address may be used to estimate your approximate location for ad delivery and fraud prevention; Jabberblocky does not use precise location. You can read how Google uses this information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You can limit ad personalization at any time in your device's privacy settings — on Android via Settings › Google › Ads, where you can reset your advertising ID and turn off ads personalization. On iOS, Jabberblocky shows only non-personalized ads and never asks to track you, so there is nothing to turn off. Jabberwocky Studios does not receive your saved games, high scores, or settings through AdMob — that information stays on your device.
Device Features
Jabberblocky may use your device's vibration or haptic feedback feature for gameplay feedback if vibration is enabled. This feature does not collect or transmit personal information to Jabberwocky Studios.
Network, Analytics, Accounts, and Tracking
Jabberblocky does not use developer-operated analytics services, crash reporting, remote account services, cloud save services, or a developer backend. Mobile ads are provided by Google AdMob as described above. The app's game assets are bundled with the app.
Sharing and Sale of Information
Jabberwocky Studios does not sell personal information. Jabberwocky Studios does not share local gameplay data, high scores, or settings with third parties because the app does not send that information to Jabberwocky Studios. The only information shared with a third party is the advertising and technical data Google AdMob uses to show non-personalized ads, described in the 'Mobile Ads and Google AdMob' section above.
Your Privacy Choices
Jabberwocky Studios does not sell your personal information, and Jabberblocky does not share your saved games, high scores, or settings — that data never leaves your device. The only information shared with a third party is the technical and advertising data Google AdMob uses to show non-personalized ads, described above. Because the ads are non-personalized, they are not used for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale or sharing. You can control the advertising identifier used for ads through your device settings as described above, or contact privacy@jabberwockystudios.co with questions.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local Jabberblocky data remains on your device until you delete it. You can delete local data by uninstalling the app or by clearing the app's storage using your device settings. Jabberwocky Studios cannot access or delete local game data from its own systems because the app does not send that data to us. If you choose to export or copy a debug file, that exported file is controlled by you and can be deleted from wherever you saved it.
Children
Jabberblocky is a general-audience app and is not directed to children, and Jabberwocky Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Last updated date above.
